Early Bird: $475 until Feb. 22, 2027
Discounted: $575 until Apr. 6, 2027
Regular: $675 until Jun. 24, 2027
Onsite: $775 until Jun. 27. 2027
Registration Fee Includes: CME Credits, Course Materials, Workshops, meals, refreshment Breaks, and Welcome Reception access to on-demand platform and app for 90 days after the conference.
Medical Students / Fellows & Residents
Medical Students: FREE registration with a $100 refundable security-of-attendance deposit.
Failure to attend, forfeits the refund. But on-demand access remains.
Fellows and residents who register without submitting
an abstract will receive a 25% registration discount.
Fellows and residents with accepted abstracts will receive
a 50% registration discount.
To receive your registration code, email a certification letter from your school or training program and a valid ID to info@tmioa.com.

Cancellation Policy:
A $75 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations received between
March 24, 2027and May 24, 2027.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 24, 2027.
