Residents/Fellows get 50% off standard registration based off the pricing tiers below:
Early Bird: $450 June 6, 2025 – Feb. 28, 2026 | Discounted: $550 March 1 – April 30, 2026
Regular: $650 May 1 – June 18, 2026 | Onsite: $750 June 19 – 21, 2026
Medical Students will get a complimentary registration code,
with an initial $100 security of attendance deposit,
refundable upon your in-person appearance at the conference.
Failure to attend in-person forfeits the refund.
Virtual access to recorded sessions and syllabus materials for 90 days.

Note: Available sessions will depend on speakers' consent for release of their presentation materials.





Submission of verification documents
To benefit from the special rate, medical students, fellows, and residents are required to submit a verification letter from their school/program along with a valid ID via email to info@tmioa.com.
Medical students are eligible for full reimbursement of their initial security of attendance deposit upon in-person appearance at the conference. Failure to attend in person forfeits the reimbursement but provides access to on-demand content on our virtual platform.
Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will only be issued if a written cancellation notice is received within 30 days of the purchase date. Please include proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
For tickets purchased within 30 days of the conference start date, a 48-hour grace period is granted for cancellation eligibility and a full refund.
Cancellations made beyond 30 days of purchase will incur a $75 fee.
Refund and Transfer Conditions:
NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the conference. However, a credit transfer option will be made available for the conference of your choice. Visit: www.heartindiabetes.com or www.wcir.org
